Asparagus, Burrata, & Prosciutto Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 CAULIPOWER pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 23 asparagus stems, cut into pieces
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER crust from the freezer. Spread pesto evenly over the crust, then top with shredded mozzarella, prosciutto, and asparagus. Bake according to package instructions until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
  3. Remove from oven and top with creamy burrata. Slice and enjoy!
