  1. Heat the Bombay Lentils & Spinach meal
  2. Combine lentils with chickpea flour, onion, cilantro, and cumin.
  3. Mix until a thick batter forms.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Scoop spoonfuls of batter and flatten slightly.
  6. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  7. Serve warm with yogurt or chutney.
