- Heat the Bombay Lentils & Spinach meal
- Combine lentils with chickpea flour, onion, cilantro, and cumin.
- Mix until a thick batter forms.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Scoop spoonfuls of batter and flatten slightly.
- Cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Serve warm with yogurt or chutney.
