- Total Time: 20-30 minutes
- Yield: 6-8 waffles
Ingredients
- 175 milliliters milk
- 50 grams sorghum flour
- 50 grams buckwheat flour
- 50 grams almond flour
- 20 grams sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Grease a waffle iron with oil and turn it on.
- Which the egg, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until creamy.
- Add the three flours, salt, oil, and milk. Which until well blended.
- Once the waffles iron is heated, add 1/4 cup batter for each waffle.
- Close the iron and bake the waffles until light brown and cooked (about 3-4 minutes)
- Remove the waffles with a fork and place on a clean plate, repeat until all waffle mix if used up.
- Drizzle the waffles with maple syrup and enjoy with your favorite fruit!
