Butter Paneer Skewers with Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 Cafe Spice Butter Paneer meal
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or heat a grill pan.
  2. Toss vegetables with olive oil.
  3. Thread paneer cubes and vegetables onto skewers
  4. Roast or grill 10-12 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Warm Butter Paneer sauce and drizzle over the skewers.
  6. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
