Ingredients
For Pizza Crust:
- 3/4 cup water (110 – 120 degrees Fahrenheit)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Pizza Toppings:
- 1 6 ounce package Jones Canadian Bacon, diced or cut into strips
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese of choice
- veggies of choice, diced (mushrooms, bell peppers, jalapeños, fresh garlic, onions)
Instructions
- Place your baking sheet on the lowest rack of the oven, and turn oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix water, sugar and yeast and let rest for about 5 minutes, until it looks frothy or foamy.
- In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add egg, oil, vinegar and yeast mixture, and mix on low speed for 1 minute. Using a spatula rubbed with oil (the dough will be sticky), transfer the dough onto a piece of parchment paper, and place on baking sheet.
- Oil your hands and spread dough into a rectangular shape to fit your baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Pull from oven and add pizza sauce, Canadian bacon, cheese and veggie toppings of choice and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes. Serve hot and bubbly!
