  • Total Time: 26 minutes
  • Yield: 1 pizza

Ingredients

For Pizza Crust:

  • 3/4 cup water (110120 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Pizza Toppings:

  • 1 6 ounce package Jones Canadian Bacon, diced or cut into strips
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese of choice
  • veggies of choice, diced (mushrooms, bell peppers, jalapeños, fresh garlic, onions)

Instructions

  1. Place your baking sheet on the lowest rack of the oven, and turn oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix water, sugar and yeast and let rest for about 5 minutes, until it looks frothy or foamy.
  3. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add egg, oil, vinegar and yeast mixture, and mix on low speed for 1 minute. Using a spatula rubbed with oil (the dough will be sticky), transfer the dough onto a piece of parchment paper, and place on baking sheet.
  4. Oil your hands and spread dough into a rectangular shape to fit your baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Pull from oven and add pizza sauce, Canadian bacon, cheese and veggie toppings of choice and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes. Serve hot and bubbly!
