Ingredients
- Your choice of Wasa® Gluten Free Crispbread
- 1 6-inch wheel of brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons apricot preserves
- small seasonal cookie cutter
Instructions
- Slice the top off your brie. Top slice of brie should be ½ inch thick. Use small cookie cutter to cut desired shape in the top of brie. Discard middle of the cut out.
- Spread evenly 2 tablespoons of apricot preserves on the exposed creamy section of the brie. Place the top ½ inch width cut out on top.
- Serve and enjoy as is or apart of a charcuterie board with Wasa® Gluten Free Crispbreads.
- Optional – Bake the Brie. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place cheese on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melting but still holding its shape. *Note holiday shape in center of the brie may get distorted during the baking process. Enjoy with Wasa® Gluten Free Crispbreads.
