Ingredients
- 7 cups frozen berries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoons butter or dairy substitute
- 1 pack (12 ounce) Jessica’s Vanilla Maple Granola
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, mix berries, sugar, cinnamon, salt and cornstarch until fruit is coated.
- Pour into an ungreased (8-inch) glass baking dish. Dot the top with butter.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, stirring once after 30 minutes. Bake until fruit is bubbling.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle granola evenly over top. Bake for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Delicious with unsweetened Greek yogurt for breakfast or with ice cream for dessert.
