Years ago, the founding family of Manini’s embarked on a difficult journey. They set out in relentless pursuit to develop healthy, Gluten Free foods that tasted as good as any on the market, so that their celiac daughter could enjoy her special diet. After months of research, experimentation, and hard work, what began as a labor of love evolved into a multi-year process to create and market the highest quality, best tasting, healthy flours, pasta, and bread products anywhere.
