Our gluten-free version of our popular sesame and lemon flavored Regina has a rich, buttery flavor and crunchy texture.
Regina means “queen” in Italian. Nutty, oven-toasted sesame seeds cover this cookie like the queen’s pearl jewelry, while fresh lemon peel gives a bright color and flavor.
