Our Hoss Soss Guajillo Soss embodies our mantra, “We put the flavor in the flame!” This is far from the typical pepper sauce you’ll find on the table at your favorite hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant – we’ve reduced the vinegar and increased the roasted peppers, tomatoes, and roasted onions to give you a thick, full-bodied Guajillo pepper sauce. A touch of honey rounds out our recipe, adding the perfect hint of sweet to a mild pepper heat. Pairs perfectly with tacos, enchiladas, eggs, rice and beans, and also makes a superb soup base.
