- 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust
- heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 4 ounces basil pesto
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- basil, to garnish
- lemon zest, to garnish
- salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
- Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer, layer with basil pesto, sliced heirloom tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Bake according to package instructions.
- Top with dollops of ricotta cheese, fresh basil leaves, and lemon zest. Slice and enjoy!
