Holiday Goat Cheese Board

Holiday Goat Cheese Board

Ingredients

  • 1 package (4 ounce) Crunchmaster® Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers
  • 1 red apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme, divided
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon liquid honey
  • 8 ounces goat cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons toasted pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaky salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. On baking sheet, toss apple with oil and half the thyme until coated.

  3. Roast, stirring halfway through, for 15 to 18 minutes or until apple is tender and golden.

  4. Meanwhile, using back of spoon, spread spoonfuls of cheese onto serving board. Top with apple and pecans.

  5. Drizzle honey over top and garnish with remaining thyme and flaky salt. Serve with Crunchmaster® Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers for scooping.

  6. TIP: This board is also delicious with chopped figs, berries and/or roasted pears.
