These healthy peanut butter and chocolate energy ballers deliver a mixture of simple and complex carbohydrates to help fuel you up whenever you need a little boost.

Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup natural peanut butter or other nut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Combine oats, chia seeds, peanut butter (or other nut butter), honey, chocolate chips and coconut in a medium bowl and stir well.
- Using a 1 tablespoon measure, scoop and roll the mixture into balls.
- Store them in an airtight container for up to five days in the refrigerator or up to three months in the freezer.
