Ingredients
- Crackers
- 1 pkg (4 oz) Crunchmaster® Multi-Seed – Rosemary & Olive Oil
- Nuts & Seeds
- 1/2 cup almonds (any kind)
- Produce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup halved strawberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- Dairy
- 5 oz Manchego cheese
- 3 oz Bocconcini cheese
- 3 oz Pecorino cheese
- 1 wheel Brie Cheese
- Pantry
- 1 cup large green or mixed olives (such as Castelvetrano, Liguria or Cerignola)
- 1 cup sweet cornichons
- 1 cup thinly sliced roasted red peppers
- Condiments
- 1/2 cup Pesto
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Reduction
Instructions
- Transfer olives, cornichons, roasted red peppers, pesto and balsamic reduction to small serving bowls.
- Arrange bowls on large board or platter with crackers, Manchego cheese, bocconcini cheese, Percorino cheese, Brie cheese, tomatoes, strawberries, blackberries and almonds.
- Tips: This board is also delicious with your favorite plant-based charcuterie meats.
- Swap cheeses with plant-based alternatives, if desired.
