Ingredients
- 1 15-Ounce Can Black Beans drained and rinsed very well
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Cup Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Flour or gluten-free quick oats
- 1/2 Cup maple syrup
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil or canola oil
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor or blender, and blend until completely smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, and then pour into a greased 8 × 8 pan.
- Optional: sprinkle extra chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, then let cool at least 10 minutes before cutting.
