Broccoli Apple Slaw with Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- For the Vinaigrette
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 small shallot finely minced
- 1 tbsp Agave Nectar
- 1 tsp Honey Mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- For the Slaw
- 1 (16 ounce) bag broccoli slaw
- 2 cups shredded green apples
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup Raisins
Instructions
- To make the vinaigrette, whisk together all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- To make the slaw, toss together broccoli slaw, shredded apples, carrots and raisins. Pour the vinaigrette over the top of the slaw and toss to combine.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
