Ingredients
- 18 Crunchmaster® Avocado Toast Crackers
- 6 slices bacon cut into thirds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange ovenproof wire rack over large rimmed baking sheet lined with foil.
- Arrange crackers on wire rack. Top each with piece of bacon. Tuck bacon ends under crackers. Brush with maple syrup. Sprinkle with brown sugar, pepper and paprika.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bacon is crispy and caramelized. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Optional: Top candied bacon crackers with jalapeño pepper slices or grated parmesan cheese if desired.
