Caprese Skewers

  • 6 Grape Tomatoes
  • 2 Ounces Mozzarella Cheese fresh
  • 1 Teaspoon Basil Pesto


  1. Form mozzarella into balls about the same size as grape tomatoes.
  2. Place basil pesto in a small bowl and roll cheese balls in pesto until covered.
  3. Alternate on skewers with tomatoes and serve!
