Cluckin' Good Chicken Tender Veggie Skewers
These skewers loaded with grilled veggies & BAKED chicken tenders coated in crispy cauliflower, are the perfect dish for any weekend BBQ!

Ingredients
- 1 bag All Natural Chicken Tenders
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 Zucchinis
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- skewer sticks, for assembling
Instructions
- Chop the bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion into bite sized pieces and arrange on skewers with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Cook skewers on grill for about 8-10 minutes. While veggies are grilling, cook CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders at 425 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Chop CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders into bite sized pieces, and arrange on the end of the skewers once finished grilling. Enjoy!
