- Pudding
- 1/4 Cup Coco Libre Coconut Water
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Toppings
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Fruit blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, raspberries etc.
- 1/4 Cup Raw Nuts chopped
- 2 Teaspoons honey optional
Instructions
- Combine pudding ingredients and whisk until well blended.
- Cover and let sit for a few hours or overnight.
- Just before serving, add fruits, nuts, and honey.
