Ingredients

  • Pudding
  • 1/4 Cup Coco Libre Coconut Water
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Toppings
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Fruit blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, raspberries etc.
  • 1/4 Cup Raw Nuts chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons honey optional

Instructions

  1. Combine pudding ingredients and whisk until well blended.
  2. Cover and let sit for a few hours or overnight.
  3. Just before serving, add fruits, nuts, and honey.
