Ingredients
- 10 Dates pitted
- 4 NoGii Protein D'Lites Chocolate Caramel Bliss Bars
- 1/4 Cup powdered sugar
- 1/8 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Place the dates in a small bowl and cover with hot water to soak for 10–20 minutes, or until softened.
- Once softened, combine in a food processor with the Protein D’Lites Chocolate Caramel Bliss bars, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Pulse the machine until the mixture is roughly combined.
- Scoop out 1/2–1 tablespoon of the dough at a time and roll into small balls with your hands.
- Roll the balls in the powdered sugar, and set aside in the refrigerator to chill for 10 minutes.
