- 1 1/2 Cups Strawberries, Peaches, & Bananas
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk light
- 1/2 Cup Carrots peeled and chopped
- 1/2 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger Paste or fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
Instructions
- Combine fruit, milk, carrots, yogurt and ginger in blender or food processor. Cover; blend until smooth.
