Gluten Free Avocado & Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Wasa Gluten Free Sesame & Sea Salt
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds and garlic powder, mixed
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • to taste fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Mash avocado with fork and spread on crisp.
  2. Top with eggs.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, garlic mixture, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
