Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Baby Spinach
  • 3/4 Cup Vanilla Soy Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Cup pineapple Chunks frozen
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 tsp Ground Flaxseed Meal

Instructions

  1. Combine spinach, soy milk, ground flaxseed and pineapple juice in blender or food processor.
  2. Cover; blend until smooth, scraping down sides if necessary.
  3. Add mango chunks and banana. Cover; blend until smooth.
