Ingredients
- 4 Cups Baby Spinach
- 3/4 Cup Vanilla Soy Milk
- 1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
- 1 Cup pineapple Chunks frozen
- 1 Banana
- 2 tsp Ground Flaxseed Meal
Instructions
- Combine spinach, soy milk, ground flaxseed and pineapple juice in blender or food processor.
- Cover; blend until smooth, scraping down sides if necessary.
- Add mango chunks and banana. Cover; blend until smooth.
