Grilled Watermelon, Feta, and Balsamic Cracker Canapes
- 16 Crunchmaster® Sea Salt Multi-Grain Crackers
- 4 watermelon wedges (1/2-inch thick slices, 4 inches wide at base)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
- Oils & Vinegar
- 1/4 cup prepared balsamic reduction
- 1/4 cup finely crumbled feta cheese
- Preheat grill to medium-high; grease grate well. Grill watermelon wedges, turning once, for 3 to 5 minutes or until grill-marked on both sides. Cut each watermelon wedge into 4 smaller wedges.
- Top each cracker with watermelon wedge and sprinkle with feta. Drizzle with balsamic reduction. Garnish with fresh mint.
