Hearty Oatmeal with Fruit

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups gluten free rolled oats
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 2 Cups Pineapple Juice
  • 3/4 Cup Seedless Raisins
  • 2/3 Cup Sliced Peaches partially thawed and chopped
  • 2/3 Cup Dark Sweet Cherries partially thawed and chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Almonds chopped
  • 1 TBSP maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine oatmeal, water, and pineapple juice in large sauce pan and heat to boiling.
  2. Reduce heat and add raisins.
  3. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in peaches, cherries, almonds, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  5. Serve immediately.
