Loaf Pan Chicken
For this super easy recipe you can use breasts or thighs. You can make a ton of chicken quickly, easily, and it stays super moist! The perfect add on to salads, bowls, soups, pastas, or any recipe you want!

- 1.5 lbs Thin chicken breasts or boneless skinless thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Drizzle chicken with olive oil and mix well with spices.
- Layer pieces of chicken in loaf pan, nestling pieces together together to create wrinkled effect.
- Bake at 375 for about 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool 15 minutes before slicing into pieces.
