Loaf Pan Chicken

For this super easy recipe you can use breasts or thighs. You can make a ton of chicken quickly, easily, and it stays super moist! The perfect add on to salads, bowls, soups, pastas, or any recipe you want!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Thin chicken breasts or boneless skinless thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Drizzle chicken with olive oil and mix well with spices.
  2. Layer pieces of chicken in loaf pan, nestling pieces together together to create wrinkled effect.
  3. Bake at 375 for about 25-30 minutes.
  4. Let cool 15 minutes before slicing into pieces.
