Mandarin Basil Fruit Toss

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Mandarin Oranges
  • 2 TBSP Fresh Basil finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup Watermelon Chunks
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Strawberries quartered
  • 1/2 Cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. Drain mandarin oranges; reserve 1/4 cup syrup.
  2. Combine mandarin oranges, reserved syrup, basil, lemon juice, watermelon, strawberries and raspberries in a bowl.
  3. Toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
