Ingredients
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 lb minced meat
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Set aside In large bowl, beat egg till well mixed.
- Add ground meat and dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Form into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter.
- Place in a baking pan and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, drain.
- Meat balls can be frozen or used right away with your favorite sauce or pasta.
