Ingredients
- Hodgson Mill Gluten-Free Brownie Mix plus required ingredients on box
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Shortening
- 3 1/2 Cups powdered sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tablespoons Hot Water
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Make the brownies according to package instructions.
- To make the oreo cream, add the shortening, both sugars, vanilla, and hot water to the bowl of a stand mixer and beat on medium speed for two minutes, until combined and smooth.
- Once the brownie layer has cooled, spread the oreo cream over the brownies.
- Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave until completely smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the oreo cream layer.
- Let sit for two hours to set.
