This baking mix creation combines three of our favorite P’s: Paleo. Pizza. Perfection. This pizza makes homemade Paleo crusts look easy, combining simple healthy ingredients and transforming them into a crispy pizza delight. Loaded with veggies (and taste) from toppings to crust, you’ll be hearing those pale-ooo’s and aaaah’s around the dinner table all night!

Ingredients
- 1 cup CAULIPOWER Cauliflower-Based Baking Mix (Paleo)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup +2 tbsp Water
- 3/4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup basil marinara sauce
- 1 cup paleo-friendly cheese
- 1 handful organic baby spinach
- 6-7 whole basil leaves (with stems removed)
- 10 slices Applegate turkey pepperoni
- 1 ounce sliced black olives (BPA-free lining)
- Pinch himalayan salt
Instructions
- Add CAULIPOWER Cauliflower-Based Baking mix, baking powder, water and oil to large bowl and mix until evenly blended.
- Shape dough into a ball and place into bowl or baking tray and cover. FOR BEST RESULTS, let dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place or in refrigerator for 8-24 hours, until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place dough ball on a baking tray or parchment paper dusted well with additional baking mix.
- Press or roll out dough to desired thickness and crust size, and poke crust all over with fork.
- Place crust onto hot pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown, and then remove crust from oven.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over crust, leaving ¼ inch around the edges.
- Cover crust evenly with paleo-friendly cheese and then top with turkey pepperoni (cooked), spinach, and basil leaves.
- Place your pizza creation back in the oven and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. (Note: Pizza can be baked directly on parchment paper)
