- 12 Ounces Tofu silken, lite, firm
- 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 Tablespoon San-J Reduced Sodium Tamari Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 Tablespoon Mustard
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Blend the remaining ingredients until creamy and smooth.
- Pour over cooked pasta.
