Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust
- 1/3 cup Basil Pesto
- 2-3 tbsp Oregano
- 8 oz Burrata Cheese
- 2-3 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup basil leaves, for garnish
- microgreens, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer, discard packaging, and top with an even layer of basil pesto.
- Top with burrata and sliced peaches.
- Bake directly on the middle rack of the oven until cheese is melted and crust is a nice golden brown color, about 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with microgreens, basil, and oregano. Enjoy!
