- 1 Loaf Gluten-Free White Bread dairy-free
- 1 15-Ounce Can Pumpkin Pie Mix
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 Pint So Delicious Dairy-Free Vanilla Ice Cream melted
- 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray an 8 inch square glass baking dish with cooking spray, or line with foil.
- Cut bread into cubes. There is no need to remove the crust. Put the cubes in the prepared pan.
- Mix melted ice cream with eggs, pumpkin pie mix, and spice.
- Pour custard mixture over bread cubes.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes.
- The bread pudding is done when set (you can insert a knife into the pudding and it comes out clean).
