Ingredients
- 2 Mission Gluten-Free Tortillas
- 2 Hand Fulls Spinach leaves
- 1 Cup Quinoa cooled
- 2 Carrots grated
- 2 Ounces Feta Cheese
- 1 avocado sliced
Instructions
- Lay out tortillas and layer with spinach.
- Top with quinoa and carrots, and then add feta cheese and avocado slices.
- Roll wraps up and cut in half.
