Ingredients
- 2 Cups Ricotta Cheese
- 3 TBSP powdered sugar sifted
- 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Cups Dark Cherries pitted and sliced (or frozen if fresh are not available)
- 1/2 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips ground coarse in a blender
Instructions
- Put the ricotta in a medium size mixing bowl and mix it with an electric mixer at high speeds for about 3 minutes.
- Slowly add the sugar.
- Stir in the extract, cover, and chill.
- Fifteen minutes before serving, stir in the cherries.
