Ingredients
- 1 Cup Glutino Gluten-Free Pantry All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 Teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon honey
- 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix together the olive oil, melted butter, and honey. Add the flour blend, sea salt, and 1/4 cup of water.
- Stir until the dough thickens and comes together in a ball (adding more water if the dough is dry and crumbly).
- Place the ball of dough between two pieces of parchment paper.
- Using a rolling pin, roll until the dough is about 1/8 inch thick.
- Remove the top piece of parchment paper. Keeping the dough on the bottom piece of parchment paper, move onto a cookie sheet.
- Cut the dough into 1.5 inch squares without separating.
- Sprinkle some water on the dough and smooth over the squares with your fingers.
- Sprinkle extra sea salt on top of the squares.
- Bake about 15-20 minutes until crisp, rotating the cookie sheet after about 10 minutes.
- Let the crackers cool fully on the cookie sheet, then break apart.
- Serve with a dip or store in an airtight container.
