- 1 Bag Pamela's Products Chocolate Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup sour cream or non-dairy alternative
- 1/2 Cup Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° and line cupcake tin with paper liners.
- Mix all ingredients together, do not over mix.
- Fill cupcake pan with batter 2/3 full.
- Bake for 22 to 24 minutes.
- Frost with Pamela’s Frosting Mix.
