Strawberry Shortcake Mini Ice Cream Sandwiches
With a Crunchmaster twist, these ice cream sandwiches are the perfect sweet-and-salty summer dessert or snack.

- Crackers
- 1 pkg (4 oz) Crunchmaster® Multi-Grain Sea Salt
- Produce
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- Condiment
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- Dairy
- 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
- In medium bowl, stir together strawberries and jam. Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Transfer ice cream to refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes or until softened slightly. Fold into strawberries mixture to create a swirl effect.
- Spoon 2 tbsp ice cream mixture onto half the crackers; cap with remaining crackers. Arrange on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Freeze for 45 to 60 minutes or until firm. Transfer to airtight container and store in freezer until ready to serve.
- TIP: Substitute vanilla ice cream with frozen vanilla yogurt or gelato.
