Thyme Scented Mandarin Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Mandarin Oranges
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Strawberries quartered
  • 1/2 Cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. Drain mandarin oranges; reserve 3 tablespoons syrup.
  2. Combine mandarin oranges, reserved syrup, thyme, lemon juice, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries in bowl.
  3. Toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
