Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Basil
- 2 Large Peaches
- 2 Large Tomatoes
- 6 Ounces Burrata Cheese
- 1/3 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- Crunchmaster Multi-Grain Crackers
Instructions
- Pour balsamic vinegar into small saucepan; bring to boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer, swirling pan occasionally, until reduced to about half original amount (about 15 minutes).
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Combine all salad ingredients in bowl.
- Add dressing, toss and serve with a side of Crunchmaster Multi-Grain Crackers.
