Ingredients
- 1 Can Tropical Fruit
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste or freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 Teaspoon lime juice
- 1/4 Cup Coconut sweetened, toasted, shredded
- 2 Kiwi peeled, halved, and sliced
- 1 Medium Banana ripe, peeled, and sliced
Instructions
- Drain tropical fruit; reserve 1/4 cup syrup.
- Combine tropical fruit, reserved syrup, ginger, lime juice, coconut, kiwi and banana in a bowl. Toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
