Ingredients
- 1 Cup Powdered Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 4 Ounces Applesauce unsweetened
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk may need to add 1 tablespoon
- 1/2 Cup honey
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 Cup Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Spray a nonstick 8 x 8 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the powdered peanut butter, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda, and mix well.
- Add the applesauce and stir.
- Add coconut milk, honey, and vanilla, and stir until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake about 30 minutes.
- Set aside to cool, then cut into bars.
