Riced Cauliflower Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup gluten-free instant rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • handful roasted nuts and/or seeds
  • fruit of choice, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the gluten-free oats in the milk until soft
  2. Mix in the riced cauliflower
  3. Pour the oatmeal mixture into a bowl
  4. Sprinkle with nuts or seeds
  5. Top with fruit
