Ingredients
- 1/3 cup gluten-free instant rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- handful roasted nuts and/or seeds
- fruit of choice, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the gluten-free oats in the milk until soft
- Mix in the riced cauliflower
- Pour the oatmeal mixture into a bowl
- Sprinkle with nuts or seeds
- Top with fruit
