Ingredients

  • 1 Cafe Spice Saag Paneer meal
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook potatoes and onion until crispy and golden (about 10-12 minutes).
  3. Heat the Saag Paneer according to package instructions.
  4. Stir the Saag Paneer into a skillet.
  5. Fry eggs separately and place on top before serving.
