Ingredients
- 1 Cafe Spice Vegetable Korma meal
- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella, optional
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove stems from mushrooms and brush with olive oil.
- Place on a baking sheet and roast 10 minutes.
- Heat Vegetable Korma according to package instructions.
- Spoon korma into mushroom caps.
- Top with cheese if desired and bake 10 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
