Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or aioli
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup garlic infused olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon gluten-free worcestershire sauce
  • kosher salt
  • ground black pepper

Salad

Instructions

Dressing
  1. Emulsify all ingredients together using a blender or food processor; adjust seasoning.
  2. Cover and refrigerate. Dressing recipe makes enough for multiple salads.
Salad
  1. In a medium bowl, toss kale and bacon with 1/4 to 1/3 cup dressing.
  2. Plate and top with additional cheese and freshly ground pepper.
