Gluten Free Caprese Avocado Toast

Caprese Salad meets Avocado Toast. This snack is quick, easy and satisfies all your cravings.

  • 1 Wasa® Gluten Free Sesame & Sea Salt Crispbread
  • 1/4 avocado sliced
  • 1/4 oz Mozzarella Cheese sliced
  • 3 slices of fresh tomato
  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice avocado and layer with tomato and mozzarella cheese on Wasa® Crispbread.
  2. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper.
