Chicken Cheese Pasta

  • 1 Pound Gluten-Free Penne Pasta uncooked
  • 1 Can Creamy Mushroom Soup
  • 4 Ounces cream cheese cut into chunks
  • 1/2 Cup Hot Sauce
  • 2 Cups Chicken Breast cooked, chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Cups Frito-Lay Potato Chips coarsely crushed
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Blue Cheese crumbled, optional


  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13×9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package, using minimum cooking time.
  3. Return pasta to same pot; stir in soup, cream cheese and hot sauce.
  4. Add chicken, garlic powder and salt.
  5. Pour pasta into baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with chips.
  7. Bake 15 minutes, adding Cheddar cheese the last 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
  9. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
